Zenith (“we,” “us”) provides an AI coaching service. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information such as your email address; the content of your coaching conversations; profile and onboarding responses; and usage and device data needed to operate and secure the service. Payment transactions are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.

How we use your information

To provide and personalize coaching (including remembering context across sessions), to operate billing, to maintain security, to improve the service, and to communicate with you about your account.

AI processing

Your conversations are processed by third-party AI model providers to generate responses and summaries. We share only what is needed to produce those results.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers (such as hosting, database, payment, and AI model providers) who process it on our behalf, and when required by law.

Data retention & your choices

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. You can also delete conversations from within the app where available.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
